Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for quality planning of new products, preparing quality control plans, assessing quality risks of new products, preparing new products for trial production and confirming process compliance, following up on the trial production process, and following up on problem points until the case is closed, arranging reliability tests;
2.Organize internal preparation for customer visits and audits, and follow up on customer issues until cases closure;
3.Handle customer complaints and feedback, organize relevant cross function team to conduct the analysis and find the root cause, work out the validation and improvement measures, minimize quality losses, implement lessons learn, and apply them for the prevention of new products;
4.Establish and maintain customer relationships, collect customer quality data and defective products, and promote internal analysis and improvement;
5.Internal introduction of customer needs and requirements.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than three years work experience in quality area
2.Familiar with PCBA production process, familiar with QC7 techniques, 8D reports, ISO and TS16949 and other related system knowledge; have practical operation experience in quality improvement;
3.Strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardships, obey the arrangement of superiors, and have experience in large EMS enterprises is preferred;
4.Good command of English, and accept long term expatriation assignments
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the material requirement planning for the factory in Romania.
Responsible for the material readiness management and allocation in the Romania factory.
Set inventory control targets for automotive electronics in the Romania factory, monitor the material intake process, and promote finished goods inventory shipments.
Regularly handle slow-moving and overdue materials.
Coordinate and follow up on PC and purchasing operations (direct completion of PC and purchasing tasks when necessary).
Monitor and implement improvements for PMC KPIs in the automotive electronics business of the Romania factory.
Undertake key indicators for the automotive electronics business of the Romania factory, including material readiness rate, material delivery OTD, finished goods delivery OTD, inventory turnover rate (turnover days), and inventory value.
Execute and implement other tasks assigned by the company and leaders.
Requirements:
Six years of experience in PMC in the automotive electronics or consumer electronics industry, including at least two years as a PC or MC supervisor or senior engineer.
Knowledge of electronic materials, understanding of procurement, production planning, and order management.
Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Office software.
Fluent in English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, willing to accept overseas assignments and stationing.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, establishing, and improving the company's quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
Responsible for organizing routine monitoring of the company's systems, special audits, product audits, process audits, and system audits, as well as verifying the improvement of non-conformities.
Lead in responding to and passing customer audits and third-party system certifications.
Responsible for understanding external legal regulations, standards, and stakeholder requirements, organizing conformity evaluations and internal advocacy, to ensure company operations meet these requirements.
Responsible for setting, decomposing, statistically analyzing, and improving the company's quality, environmental, and safety objectives and management plans.
Responsible for building the company's quality culture and training, evaluating, and motivating internal auditors.
Requirements:
Familiar with system standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, SA8000, QC08000, etc.
Proficient in VDA6.5 product audits, VDA6.3 process audits, system audits, and methods for diagnosing, analyzing, and improving non-conformities.
Knowledgeable about automotive electronics manufacturing processes, quality control processes, and requirements.
Skilled in continuous improvement tools like QCC, 6Sigma, etc.
Fluent in English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, willing to accept overseas assignments and stationing.
Responsibilities:
Lead the project team to organize, coordinate, and monitor the entire process of new projects from development to mass production, ensuring the quality, cost, and schedule align with company strategy and customer requirements.
Develop and follow up on project plans, lead milestone reviews at various stages, assess feasibility designs, project costs, resource allocation, and ensure implementation as per the plan.
Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and risks in project development and mass production, coordinate feasible solutions, and establish closed-loop management.
Lead APQP activities, conduct regular reviews with clients and internal management, and timely output APQP documentation.
Promptly and accurately complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with the product development management process in the automotive industry.
Over 5 years of project management experience, preference for those with Tier1 project management experience and PMP certification.
Knowledgeable in IATF16949, VDA, various automotive factory audit systems, familiar with the five quality tools, 8D, 5Why.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, responsible, strong execution, high stress resistance, goal-oriented, proactive, and effective in identifying and resolving problems.
Willing to accept short-term overseas factory trips to lead PPAP activities, project transfer, and support customer and third-party overseas factory audits as necessary.
Fluent in English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, willing to accept overseas assignments and stationing.
